central location wide selection friendly staff
The location was unbeatable. i was able to walk to many attractions!!! breakfast had a wide selection. I especially enjoyed the ligonberry juice. the staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations.
the water pressure in the shower wasn't the strongest.

The location is very central. It is close to tivoli gardens. i found metro links very convenient. the room was clean and beds provided comfort.
the hotel decor seems like it needs some refreshing. i saw small elevators. the sink in our bathroom felt quite small.

Central Location with Great Breakfast
central location friendly staff umbrella rental
The location was perfect for exploring. I found it convenient being close to everything. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The staff were helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the umbrellas available to rent for the day.
The gym was a bit overrated. I was disappointed that the treadmill was out of order. This limited my workout options .

The staff were very attentive, quickly addressing requests and providing helpful information. Also several employees spoke Spanish. The front desk was staffed 24/7, ensuring assistance was always available. I was grateful for their support throughout my stay.

The rooms have comfortable beds. There are umbrellas to rent for the day (a very useful service!). Breakfast included a wide selection of options, from pastries to hot dishes, , made mornings easier.

The hotel is in the city center and near restaurants. It has great access to attractions (like the Tivoli Gardens). Being close to Stroget makes it easy to reach many shopping places.

unbeatable location wide variety helpful staff
I found the location unbeatable. Tivoli gardens and the main train station were easily walkable! the breakfast offered a wide, delicious variety, including healthy choices and indulgent options. the staff was helpful and accommodating, promptly addressing my needs.
the outdated decor detracted from the overall experience!

acceptable location, some disappointments
basic amenities empty minibar
the staff were friendly. and helpful when i spoke to them and asked them for ideas for where to visit and other requests.
what i experienced was a series of objective service failures. there was a lack of basic amenities. the minibar was empty, and the television system offered only a minimal selection of channels.
